Justine Kidd established SmartMate with the vision to remove headache’s from day to day business through the use of simple every day tools to grow better business in Heartland New Zealand. Justine has many years of business leadership experience across the agriculture sector, not for profit organisations as well as facilitation and consulting work. As Managing Director, Justine not only provides the vision and leadership but also the good quality tools and resources that form the base of the SmartMate plans.

Rachael Riddell
Rachael Riddell was bought onboard as Business Manager. Rachael is passionate about working with talented owner operators and business managers helping them eliminate headaches one by one. There is no ‘one size fits all’ for dynamic businesses, so the technical experience Rachael has gained in her career gives her a good foundation to draw from. Rachael works closely with SmartMate members, arming herself with simple to use tools and enjoys finding creative solutions for challenges outside the ordinary.
