Good Team Guides Toolkit

The SmartMate Team Guide toolkit is designed to lead you through the process of developing a useful team guide – not a policy manual that gets put on the shelf to collect dust. A relatively boring sounding toolkit, we promise it is broken into interesting and bite sized chunks to help you to slowly but surely build something relevant. We believe in a manual that will:

• let your team know how they can help themselves (guides and FAQ’s),
• explain how you would like them to carry out activities (standard operating procedures),
• and at the business end, what they can and can’t do (policies),
• and their financial limitations (delegated authority).

 There is a lot to cover, so the option exists for us to design your ‘version one’ for you, giving you a baseline to add to each year as you review and refine. Contact us if you would like us to provide this headstart!
